Produce this week.
eDiscovery without the pain. Drag in PSTs and ZIPs, review at full speed in your browser, and deliver Bates-stamped, load-file-ready productions, at a price that doesn’t punish you for having documents.
Free tier includes 3 users and 1 GB per case. No credit card. No processing fees.
From raw files to review-ready in minutes
Upload collections directly. Litigaze handles the processing, without vendor handoffs, per-GB ingestion fees, or load-file consultants.
-
01
Drop in collections
Upload PST, MBOX, ZIP, Office files, PDFs, and images directly. Assign custodians and sources from the start.
-
02
Containers unpack themselves
Nested archives expand automatically, while emails and attachments stay together as complete document families.
-
03
Processing runs in parallel
OCR, metadata extraction, threading, deduplication, and NSRL filtering happen together, with no processing vendor in the middle.
-
04
Start reviewing sooner
As soon as processing finishes, documents are searchable and ready to review in the browser. Nothing to install or hand off.
Find it the first time
Full-text search with Boolean and proximity operators, instantly filter on any field (custodian, date, file type, tag), and saved searches so you never lose a query. And when keywords aren’t enough, semantic search finds the email that says “let’s discuss offline” without ever using your terms.
- Multiple search modes: boolean, fuzzy, regex
- Filter and save views on any field, instantly
- Semantic search built in, for when keywords miss
Keep every reviewer moving
Legacy review tools make you wait: for pages to load, for vendors to process, for IT to install things. Litigaze runs entirely in the browser: documents open instantly, tags apply in batches, families stay one click away, and review binders keep every reviewer on pace.
- In-browser viewer for every format, nothing to download
- Batch tagging and quick-tag panels for fast first passes
- Review binders with progress tracking per reviewer
Your case, not just your documents
Most review tools stop at tags. Litigaze extracts people and organizations into a real entity table, lets you build facts and chronologies linked to the evidence, and maps everything to the issues you’ll argue, so the work you do in review becomes the spine of your case.
- Entities with profiles, roles, and every mention linked
- Facts and chronologies tied to source documents
- Issues, tasks, and sub-tasks for the whole team
Productions done right the first time
Everything a US production demands. Built in, not bolted on.
ACME-0000001 – ACME-0004210- Bates numbering & stamping: prefixes, padding, custom stamps like CONFIDENTIAL, applied at production time.
- Concordance & Opticon load files: import opposing productions (
.dat,.csv,.opt) and generate your own. - Image productions: TIFF and JPEG renditions, natives-only, or PDF bundles with hyperlinked indexes.
- Privilege logs: generated from your privilege tags and notes, formatted for court, with restricted metadata masked.
- Defensible by default: production logs, exception reports, and reusable production profiles.
Future-proof, not AI-hyped
AI in eDiscovery is still earning the profession’s trust, so we built it the way a skeptical lawyer would. Nothing runs unless you ask. When you do, an AI agent can answer a plain-English question across thousands of documents, recording its answer and reasoning on every row for your team to verify. Use it for a first pass, or don’t use it at all. It never gets between you and your documents.
- Opt-in only: no AI touches your review unless you start it
- Every AI answer is logged and reviewable, row by row
- Humans make every call that reaches a production
Everything you need. Nothing you don’t.
The full eDiscovery workflow for employment, commercial, PI, and investigation matters.
Container extraction
PST, OST, MBOX, and nested ZIPs expand automatically. EML/MSG attachments keep parent-child families intact.
Free OCR, every plan
Scanned images and image-based PDFs are OCR’d automatically. No per-page charges, ever.
Email threading
Threads reconstructed from headers so you review conversations, not fragments.
Deduplication
SHA-256 hashing plus a normalized 6-field email hash. Flip one toggle to hide duplicates from review and productions.
Review binders
Batch documents to reviewers, track progress, and expand families, without spreadsheets on the side.
Inline redaction
Draw redactions in the browser with logged reasons, burned in at production.
Tagging that holds up
Seven privilege categories, confidentiality, importance, and custom tags, with per-tag notes that feed your privilege log.
Custodians at upload
Assign custodian and source as files come in, so chain of custody starts at minute one.
NSRL de-NIST
Known system files are flagged at ingest so your reviewers never see a Windows DLL.
In-browser viewer
Review every format without downloads. Annotate, highlight, and navigate families inline.
Exports & reports
XLSX, CSV, DOCX, and PDF exports of any filtered view. Per-tag reports in two clicks.
Team collaboration
Invite co-counsel, experts, and clients with role-based access. Cloud-based, so no IT department is required.
Built for privileged material
Your client’s documents are the case. We treat them that way.
Single-tenant architecture
Every case is its own walled-off workspace with its own access list
Granular permissions
Control who can view, edit, export, and administer each case.
Reviewer-only roles
Give contract reviewers tagging rights and nothing else. Admin, member, and reviewer roles per case.
Encrypted everywhere
TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, on production-grade AWS infrastructure.
Multi-factor authentication
MFA for every account, because passwords alone don’t cut it for case data.
Audit log
Append-only activity log per case: who did what, and when.
Every case starts free
Per-case pricing that scales with your matter, not a platform license.
Full product for small matters, with room to upgrade when the case grows.
- 3 users per case
- 1 GB of documents
- OCR, semantic search & productions included
- No credit card required
$10 per user beyond 3 · $10 per GB beyond 1. Users and data are the whole bill: no platform license, no processing fees, and reviewer seats cost the same $10 as everyone else.
A 5-user, 20 GB case runs $210/month, and stops billing the day you archive it.
Start free, upgrade when readyNo setup fees. No processing or OCR charges. No annual contracts. Archive a closed case and the meter stops.
Frequently asked questions
Can I load a production from opposing counsel?
Yes. Import Concordance .dat or .csv load files with optional Opticon .opt image cross-references. Litigaze maps columns to fields, links Bates ranges, natives, text, and images, and builds a synced review view automatically.
Is OCR or search an extra charge?
No. OCR runs automatically on every scanned page at no charge, and search (including semantic search) is included on every plan, free tier included. Advanced AI agent features are optional and may carry usage-based pricing as they roll out; you’ll always see the cost before anything runs.
How does pricing actually work?
Each case is billed separately: free up to 3 users and 1 GB, then $10 per additional user and $10 per additional GB per month. There are no ingestion, processing, hosting, or export fees on top. Pricing scales with both people and data because both drive real cost: a 2-person, 50 GB case shouldn't pay for a 50-person review team, and vice versa.
Can contract reviewers or clients get limited access?
Yes. Reviewer-only roles restrict users to reviewing and tagging documents. They can’t alter the case, export data, or change productions. Co-counsel and clients can be invited per case with the access level you choose.
Where is my data stored?
On production-grade AWS infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. Documents are reviewed directly in the browser. Nothing is saved to a reviewer's machine unless they explicitly download or export it.
What happens when a case ends?
Archive it. The data is preserved, billing stops, and you can restore the case at any time.
